The church has formed a Care Ministry outreach program designed to outreach to our members, families and friends of the church who are home bound, sick, hospitalized or unable to attend church on a regular basis. Initially the program will involve sending out greeting cards to impacted members and we will also be sending out birthday cards to those who can't attend church and those reaching significant milestones. There is a box in the narthex where you can donate cards or postage stamps and forms that you can fill out to let us know of someone that you feel would benefit from receiving a card from the church whether they are a member or not. If you know of anyone who would welcome a phone call or a home visit please include that on the request as well. All of these requests will be passed on to the Pastor and the Deacons.

Care Ministry can be reached at prospectcongchurch@gmail. The outreach can be to anyone you like, a family member or friend and they do not have to be a member of this church or attending church services. This request will go directly to the members of the Care Ministry outreach team. If we require any additional information we will reach out to you using the email you provided
