- The Nominating Committee is charged with seeking interested members of the Church to fill vacant positions on boards and committees and place them in nomination for election by the membership at the annual meeting.
- The Committee shall recommend persons to fill vacancies which occur before the term expires and to submit their names to the Council for approval.
- The Nominating Committee consists of 6 members
- 2 members are elected annually for a term' of three years.
- The committee shall elect it's own Chairperson annually.
- A member of the Nominating Committee is ineligible for re-election after serving one full term.
- A member is also ineligible for nomination by the committee to any other board or committee.
