- The Church Council consists of the pastor, the church moderator, clerk, vice moderator, financial secretary, assistant financial secretary, treasurer, assistant treasurer, historian, chairman of the house committee, music, membership and outreach, stewardship and missions, scholarship, christian education, nominating committee and enough members at large to the council to make 21 members total.
- We meet once a month to oversee the business affairs of the church as well as the general oversight and guidance of the church welfare.
- All major purchases, sales or major non-budgeted expenditures shall be voted on at a duly called church meeting. However, the council can solicit bids on major expenditures.
- The council also has the authority to elect delegates to installing and ordaining councils and other ad hoc inter-church bodies. The council can also fill vacancies recommended by the nominating committee.
