Christmas Pageant
On Sunday December 11th, the youth and children of the church prepared the congregation for the celebration of the birth of baby Jesus by telling the story of a selfish young girl consumed with what she was going to get for Christmas. The story takes place in a department store where the young girl exhausted by wishing and wanting falls asleep among the toys. As she sleeps and dreams the toys come to life. She uses them as characters in the Christmas story and with their help she comes to understand the true meaning of Christmas. Under the direction of Kim Wadhams, Sandy Plankey and Mark Wilson, the cast presented a wonderful rendition of the Christmas story.
